Introduction 

Thanks for choosing EasyRentals (“EasyRentals”, “we”, “us”, “our”).  By signing up or otherwise using the EasyRentals service, websites, and products, or accessing any content/material made available by EasyRentals, you are entering into a binding contract with EasyRentals  You acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions of Use, accept these Terms and Conditions of Use, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use.  If you do not agree or comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use, then you may not use EasyRentals and its affiliated services.  

Changes to Terms and Conditions of Use (T.O.S.) 

During any point in time, we may, at our discretion, make changes to the Terms and Conditions of Use.  When we make any material changes to the Terms and Conditions of Use, we will provide notice via social media platforms or through an email.  If you do not wish to adhere to the new version of the Terms and Conditions of Use, please contact us to terminate your service. 

User guidelines
 

EasyRentals respects intellectual property rights and expects you to do the same.  Here are some rules to follow when using our service. 

The following are not permitted for any reason whatsoever under our T.O.S.: 

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or modifying EasyRentals services or products; 
• Selling, renting, or leasing of any part of EasyRentals or its products; 
• Providing activation key, password, or any other bot authentication method to any other person; 
• Interferes with or in any way disrupts the EasyRentals service. 

Qualifications for a successful rental include, but are not limited to: 

• Ability to authenticate key immediately once submitted through the platform; 
• Zero instances of deactivations during the agreed upon rental period; 
• Software provided is fully functional during rental period. 

Payments 

Purchaser:
for individuals purchasing rental software out of our platform, a 10% commission fee will be added from the listed rental price of that rental agreement. 

As a buyer, you are obligated to pay for any items you Bid on when your Bid matches a seller’s Ask. WHEN YOU PLACE A BID, YOU ARE COMMITTING TO PURCHASE THE ITEM AS SOON AS YOUR BID MATCHES A SELLER’S ASK PRICE AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PAYMENT OF THE ASK PRICE WILL BE TAKEN FROM YOUR PAYMENT METHOD. In general, we charge your credit card immediately upon purchase and hold the funds on behalf of the seller in an escrow account until the transaction is complete, at which time we pay the seller. No interest will be payable on the escrowed amount. You might be required to pay certain fees as described when placing your Buy Order, as updated from time to time. If your payment fails or is rejected for any reason (e.g., purchase exceeds credit card limit, card is cancelled, chargeback is requested), EasyRentals reserves the right to do any or all of the following, in its sole discretion: (i) charge buyer’s credit card an additional amount equal to $25.00 USD or 20% of the transaction amount, whichever is greater, as a service fee; (ii) remove any or all of buyer’s Bids from the Services; (iii) cancel any or all of buyer’s orders pending through the Services; (iv) withhold refunds or payments due to buyer; (v) place limits on buyer’s buying and selling privileges; (vi) charge buyer’s credit card for costs, expenses and fees incurred by EasyRentals as a result of buyer’s action or inaction; and (vii) temporarily or permanently suspend buyer’s account. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED REGARDLESS OF THE CURRENT VALUE OF THE ITEM. If you experience a problem with your purchase or an item, please contact us at [email protected]. If there is a problem with an item you received, you must contact us in our discord server.

Seller:
for individuals renting their software out on our platform, a commission fee will be taken from the listed rental price of that rental agreement based on the level of the seller, fees are from 20-30 %.. successful rentals will have their payments sent out within 5 business days after the rental is expired to the connected stripe account. All sellers are REQUIRED to connect to stripe in order to use our service. Seller is required to reset their key at the time of listing. In the event the purchaser is not able to activate the key, we will contact the seller to verify it is reset. If the seller does not respond back to us within 2 hours of being contacted, we reserve the right to charge the seller an extra 30% fee on that order. 

Once a Bid and Ask are matched, under no circumstances may a seller cancel the listing. Failure to fulfill your orders will result in additional charges to you, including an additional charge equal to 20% of the transaction amount or $25.00 USD whichever is greater, as a service fee. If a seller fails to deliver items to EasyRentals in accordance with these Terms, EasyRentals reserves the right to do any or all of the following, in its sole discretion: (i) charge seller’s credit card an additional amount equal to $25.00 USD or 20% of the transaction amount, whichever is greater, as a service fee; (ii) remove any or all of seller’s listings from the Services; (iii) cancel any or all of seller’s orders pending through the Services; (iv) withhold any payments due to seller; (v) place limits on seller’s buying and selling privileges; (vi) charge seller’s credit card for costs, expenses and fees incurred by EasyRentals as a result of seller’s action or inaction, including charging seller for the cost of a replacement, and refunds to the buyer; and (vii) temporarily or permanently suspend seller’s account. IN AN EVENT WEHRE BUYER OPENS A DISPUTE AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE TO YOU, EasyRentals  Has THE RIGHT TO TAKE THAT LOSS FROM YOUR FUTURE PAYMENTS.

 
Warranty and disclaimer 

We try to provide the best service we can; however, you understand and agree that the EasyRentals service is provided “as is” and “as available”.  You use the EasyRentals service at your own risk.  Neither EasyRentals nor any owner of the software provided on our platform warrants that our service is free of malware or any other harmful components.  EasyRentals does not represent, warrant, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party application or software provided on our platform.  You understand and Agree that EasyRentals is not responsible or liable for any accidents, issues, misuse, stealing, or mishandling of software or activation keys.
